Van links naar rechts: Corryna MaryAnn, Gail, Leslie, Deirdre en Linda. Ik was perplexed toen k zag wat het eindresultaat was van Gail's Exquisite Corps Textile. Ieder mocht een deel uitkiezen en vullen, zonder te weten wat de anderen deden of nog zouden doen. Het ziet er nu zo spontaan en geïntegreerd uit. Nadat we ons deel gevuld hadden moesten we het afdekken met stof, zowel aan de boven- als onderkant. Vervolgens stuurden we het naar de volgende. Het is een soort round robin. En nu heeft Gail haar ontwerp terug. Gail, wat moet jij je nu blij voelen met het eindresultaat! Prachtig!
From left to right: Corryna, MaryAnne, Gail, Leslie, Deirdre and Linda. I was stunned to see the end result of the Exquisite Corps Textile of Gail! The six of of all filled in a square of Gail's design, without knowing what the others did or would do. This piece looks totally spontaneous and so integrated. After filling in a square we had to hide it underneath fabric and send it to the next participant. A sort of round robin. And now Gail got it back. Gail, you are a lucky girl! It's beautiful!
