Postkaart en ATC gekregen

Annica uit Zweden stuurde mij deze prachtige postkaart. Ze deed er een klein kaartje bij in dezelfde kleuren. Het is prachtig. Bedankt Annica! Ik vind de kleuren en steken erg mooi.

Deze prachtige ATC kreeg ik van Veronique uit Frankrijk met een mooi verhaal erbij. Ze schreef dat nadat we besloten kaarten te ruilen ze op de radio hoorde dat in het dialect rondom Marseille één woord van Nederlandse oorsprong bestaat: stokvis. En daarom besloot ze dat dat het thema van de ATC zou worden. Het is een prachtige kaart geworden, en met het verhaal erbij is het ook nog heel speciaal geworden. En als ik dan denk aan al die Franse woorden die we in het Nederlands gebruiken. Ik zal niet beginnen met tellen... Veronique, bedankt voor de ruil.

This wonderful ATC was send to me by Veronique from France with a wonderful story. She wrote that when we decided to trade cards she heard on the radio that there is only one word in the local language of Marseilles that has it's origin in the Netherlands. The word is stockfish. And so she decided to make an ATC of stock fish. The card is wonderful, and with the story it has become special as well. And as I think of all the French words we incorporated in Dutch...
